The sleeper to the future
Concrete railway sleepers for high-speed railroads are precision-engineered components built to withstand extreme load variations. We have optimised and automated production to such an extent that today we are market leaders in Germany and several other European countries. In doing so, Leonhard Moll Betonwerke contributes to keeping the transport transition firmly on track.
System solutions from Keim in Diedorf near Augsburg have been shaping architectural history for almost 150 years. Their mission: to create the most natural, most brilliant, healthiest and most durable paints in the world. Keim products are used wherever the highest aesthetic and building-physics standards are required – in modern architectural projects as well as on the façades of world-famous historic buildings.
Experienced partner for heating technology and fire protection
At four locations and under various brand names, the companies of the TechnoPhysik Group produce nature-based fire protection and insulation products. Coordinated from the headquarters in Essen, a high-quality product portfolio has been developed – serving diverse industrial applications and a temperature range from -180 to +1600 °C.
From our headquarters in the Bavarian capital, we have been developing and managing real estate for many decades – primarily in Munich, but also in other cities. Long-term partnerships and a sense of responsibility are just as important to us as the development of new, forward-looking projects for commercial and residential use.

What convinced you to take on the role of Sustainability Manager for the Moll Group?
